About Kristal Kraft

As co-founder of Novella Real Estate, Kristal Kraft is an experienced agent whose creativity, ingenuity, and sincerity have made her one of the best in the business. After embarking on her real estate career in 1983, Kristal quickly established herself as a competent and resourceful realtor. Committed to improving her skills while contributing to the community, Kristal co-owned a brokerage in 1986 and served as president of Colorado's Certified Residential Specialist Chapter. Kristal specializes in relocation from far and near. As an early achiever of RE/MAX's 100% Club designation and a former president of the Women’s Council of Realtors, Kristal has contributed to her industry while climbing the heights in sales production.
Kristal has a strong spirit of entrepreneurship. Sensing the future impact of the online world, she was one of the first realtors to make extensive use of computers in her business. As an early entrant in the website sweepstakes, Kristal was a beta tester of the first realtor database program in 1987. She taught herself to build websites and has attained certified proficiency in website development. Within her consumer-oriented websites, Kristal anticipates buyer questions in order to facilitate research and education. She continues to build websites in the hope of increasing relevant knowledge and improving the home-search experience.

In addition to keeping pace with technology, Kristal places great emphasis on honesty and integrity; she keeps her word and follows through with her promises. Devoted to her clients’ best interests, she prioritizes their needs and shuns manipulative sales techniques. Her success is the result of hard work and uncompromising high standards, both personally and professionally. Kristal is friendly and approachable. She takes time to address questions, whether her client is searching for a second dream home or is a young, first-time buyer. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers—her great intuition and years of experience make her an excellent asset in either situation. Throughout her career, Kristal has continued to outsell her competition while delivering attentive personal service.

During the Covid shutdown, Kristal pursued her interest in photography by obtaining both the CPP-Certified Professional Photographer and Master Photographer degree from the Professional Photographers of America. Her favorite subjects are horses, flowers, and the beautiful landscape of Colorado!

A native of Farmingdale, NJ (exit 100 on the New Jersey Parkway), Kristal moved to Colorado in 1975. While she devotes many hours to her clients, she enjoys spending time with her three grown children, Zack, Vali, and Rich, and 10 grandchildren.  When time permits, she and her husband and business partner, Larry McGee, enjoy a relaxing round of golf. In 2000, they bicycled around the world, visiting 47 countries and 6 continents. The year-long trip represented the fulfillment of a lifelong dream, although Kristal still hopes to someday cycle on Antarctica. In addition to exotic world travel, she also likes to visit family in New Jersey and tries to return to the Garden State at least once a year. Kristal and Larry own a townhome in Lone Tree.
