Honest and enthusiastic, Vali Hooker specializes in delivering an extraordinary real estate experience for home buyers and sellers across the Denver area. In addition to her work as a REALTOR®, Vali is an active real estate investor and new construction developer. Her hands-on experience includes renovating and selling homes, renovating and holding investment properties, and developing new construction projects. Most recently, Vali and her team have focused on building green, healthy homes that emphasize energy efficiency, modern construction, and thoughtful design.

Licensed in Colorado since 1999, Vali brings decades of experience to an ever-evolving market. She is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation held by only the top 2% of Realtors®. A Colorado native, Vali has lived in the Denver area for more than 25 years. Vali resides in Central Centennial with her husband, Travis, and their three sons and Bouvier, Huck.
