The mountain area west of Denver, accessible via I-70 and U.S. 287, has abundant recreation including skiing, fishing, hunting, and hiking.
Residents enjoy 7 major sports teams, and a very active citizen sports community, with great facilities supporting soccer, hockey, softball, over 60 golf courses, and organizations supporting almost every sport.
